Cleansing A Home

Shake the dust off your feet before you come in!

Father, on behalf of myself and every part of me, I ask that you wash my spirit, soul and body with the Blood of the Lamb.

I curse every corruptible seed and attachment that has been planted or connected to me in any way and I command it to break off, wither and die, in the name of the True Lord Jesus.

I command every foul, unclean spirit that may have followed or joined itself to me even by agreements made unaware, to loose me, to leave this property, to go to the dry places and never return, in the name of the True Lord Jesus.

By the blood of Jesus Christ, I address every evil spirit that is in this room and in this home (apartment/hotel etc.) and command them to be bound together tightly and get out right now and go to where the Lord Jesus Christ sends them and do not return.

I renounce and reject any inch of this house and property that has been yielded, dedicated or surrendered to Satan whether willingly or unaware, and by faith I take it back and surrender it into the hands of the True Lord Jesus Christ.

By faith, and by my spiritual authority with Jesus, I dedicate this room and this property to the true Lord Jesus Christ, and I ask that it be covered now under the blood of Jesus, whereby no evil spirit has authorization to enter it. (Pray this over every room in the house).

[After going through every room in the house pray:]

I dedicate and consecrate every component in this home to the Lord Jesus Christ and Satan has no hold on it at all. I surrender everything in this house to the Lord Jesus Christ and claim it is under His divine protection beginning with the framing including everything even electrical wiring and plumbing.

I bind every evil spirit that entered this home by ungodly people who participated in the building process. I disconnect from the evil spirits that were in them and all transference to this house in the name of Jesus and through the precious blood of the Lamb. I command, any demonic force or connection and all evil residue here to bow your knee to the name of Jesus and get out now and go to where Jesus sends you and do not ever return.

I claim by faith that everything in this house is covered under the blood of Jesus from the top of the roof, to the bottom of the foundations and everything in between and especially anything that conducts electricity and water.

I claim by faith and according to the word of God, Zachariah 2:5 that this house is surrounded by a wall of fire all around it and the glory in the midst. I also declare that the Lord God has holy warring angels around this place at all times, especially when I sleep. I claim this home is covered under the blood of the Lord Jesus Christ on all sides, above, beneath, over around and through. I also ask for the Earth 100 miles all around and into the atmosphere to be covered in the blood of Jesus with your protective custody. I pray true Lord Jesus that you would send your powerful warring angels to come and protect the property lines as well as the Four Corners of this house and everyone inside.

Thank you for the complete victory we have in Jesus Christ. I ask that this home be consecrated with your divine presence and a Holy Spirit anointing as a cloud my day and the presence of your holy fire at night so that everyone who enters through my doors will be blessed and come face-to-face with the presence of a living God. In Jesus mighty name, I pray. Amen!

Alternative or Additional Prayers

In the name and authority of the Lord Jesus Christ, I command Satan and all evil spirits to release me in order that I can be free to know and to choose to do the will of God.  As a child of God who according to Ephesians 2:6 is seated with Christ in heavenly places, I command every evil spirit to leave my presence, in the name of Jesus.

Heavenly Father, I acknowledge that You are the Lord of heaven and earth.  In your sovereign power and love, You have given me all things to enjoy.  Thank You for this place to live.  I claim my home as a place of spiritual safety for me and my family, and ask for Your protection from all the attacks of the enemy.

As a child of God, raised up and seated with Christ in the heavenly places, I command every evil spirit claiming ground in this place, based on the activities of past or present occupants, including anything I may have done in ignorance, to leave and never return.  I renounce all curses and spells directed against this place or any of its occupants.

I ask You, Heavenly Father, to post Your holy, warring angels around this place to continually guard it from any and all attempts of the enemy to enter and disturb Your purposes for me and my family, my loved ones.  I thank you, Lord, for doing this in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ. Amen.

Dear Heavenly Father, I acknowledge Your presence in this room and in my life.  You are the only omniscient (all-knowing), omnipotent (all powerful), and omnipresent (always present) God.  I am dependent upon You, for according to John 15:5, apart from You I can do nothing.

I stand in the truth that all authority in heaven and on earth has been given to the resurrected Christ, and because I am in Christ, I share that authority in order to make disciples and help to set the captives free.

I ask You to fill me with Your Holy Spirit and lead me into all truth.  I pray for your complete protection and ask for Your guidance.  In Jesus’s name, I pray. Thank you for delivering me. Amen.
