Prayer Against Directed Energy Attacks

Father YHVH, in the name of the true Lord Jesus Christ of Nazareth, Yeshua HaMaschiah, the uncontested Dread Champion of your people. I declare that according to Genesis 22:17 “In blessing You will bless us/me and in multiplying You will multiply my/our seed and my/our seed shall possess the gate of his enemies.”

I declare you are no respective of persons according to 2 Chronicles, 16:9a “For the eyes of the LORD roam to and fro over all the earth, to show Himself strong on behalf of those whose hearts are fully devoted to Him.”

According to Luke 10:19 “for you (Jesus) have given me/us authority and power to trample and tread upon serpents and scorpions and over all the power the enemy possesses and nothing shall by any means harm me/us.”       

I/we take up my/our spiritual legislation and in the name of Jesus I/we call forth the holy angels of YHVH to bind the strongman and _____:

All sound weapons, sonic weaponry, directed energy weapons which use electromagnetic radiation to deliver heat, mechanical, or electrical energy to any target to cause pain or permanent damage used against humans, electronic equipment, and military targets including the children of YHVH.

I/we break down and hamstring all omnidirectional electromagnetic pulse (EMP) devices,  and anything inducing destructive voltage within electronic wiring. All directional weapons using parabolic reflectors, we cover our self in the blood of Jesus and forbid high-energy radio frequency weapons, high-power radio frequency weapons, high-intensity radio waves to disrupt electronics. All high power microwave devices and microwave radiation including short wave lengths infra sound, neuroscience, bio feedback, and any other technology that would administer a variety of negative effects.  I/we destroy and forbid all remote direction targeting victims at any time including inside their homes, away from their homes, and all effects from such attacks and after attacks to include headaches, laser-like burns, rashes, sharp pains that feel like electrical shocks, mood alteration, neurological trauma, physical pain, difficulty breathing, vertigo, nausea, disorientation, and any other systemic discomfort.

I/we renounce, reject and bind under the blood of Jesus, all the demonic, satanic, Luciferic, occultic fruits and spirits every wicked system and command and control in charge of sending negative effects to the human central nervous system resulting in physical pain, difficulty breathing, vertigo, nausea, disorientation, or any other systemic discomfort, including weapons containing so-called non-lethal cumulative damage to the human body. Including all exposure to radiation, heart seizures, physical disorders and all devices deliberately designed and used – so as not to leave evidence. I/we renounce reject and break off all wicked effects and bind the demonic forces connected to and over all EMF/DEW irradiation. EMP, pulse and direct energy weapons and all casualties caused by them. We renounce, reject and bind and send to the feet of Jesus, all forms of vibrations including the 100 plus vibrations that attack the heart, the vibrations that cause panic attacks and sleep deprivation. All vibrations that target specific organs in the body causing scar tissue to form leading to the death of that organ. All weapons that cause heart attacks and strokes.

We bind the strongman over all microwave and extremely low frequency (ELF) and extremely low frequency sonic and electromagnetic frequencies that disorient and disrupt human functioning, causing memory loss and confusion. We break off, refuse and return to the true sender (and not any intermediary victim-usually a child) 100 fold returned the result of all directed energy weapons including the strongman called spirit of pain that causes the following maladies such as nausea, ringing in the ears, fatigue, headaches, heart attacks, cancer, strokes, and a variety of other symptoms to include:

1st Stage Signs of Attack

Feeling a shock as one drifts off to sleep, or seeing lights as one drifts off to sleep. 

Unaccountable increased heart rate.

Nervousness.

Irritability.

Aggravation reactions.

Erection dysfunction.

Compressing the vertebrae noted upon waking.

Sensitivity to sound.

Depression.

Minor spasms and charlie horses.

Inability to concentrate.

Loss of memory.

Night sweats.

Sensitive ear to touch.

Upon waking finding that the muscles of the back are tingling as if electrified.

Ringing in one or both ears and or hearing tone bursts 

GERD (Difficulty in Swallowing)

Arthritis.

Eye sight becomes blurred.

Teeth snap together when drowsy.

Loss of sleep.

Nails become wavy.

Water weight and cellulite accumulations on the upper thigh

and buttocks from cellular fluids displaced generally from the head and upper body especially in women, where those fluids find ready redistribution in those areas.

Changes in the tone of the internal voice.

Waking up in extreme pain, and arthritis condition.

Spontaneous tearing without emotional thinking.

Mild pressure in the head, a cloudy feeling.

Increased need to urinate during the night.

Feeling puffs of air on the face and back, such may be a

demodulation of energy on the skins surface.

Sensation that blood is trickling into localized areas of the

brain and other parts of the body, this feeling is akin to the

impression that these areas were devoid of blood.

Unaccountable increased heart rate just before

drifting off to sleep causing the person to wake up.

Feeling of temporary heating of the head. (demodulating RF effect)

Narcoleptic reactions, sleepiness.

Electromagnetic Harassment with torturous patterns (electromagnetic torture, cybernetic torture or cyber-torture): “the crime that people complain most about on the internet/social media”

Relevance to neuroweapons as well as “Health Attacks" or "Health Incidents" of U.S. and Canada diplomats

Dynamics conducive to corruption and torture: Neuroweapons having top secret status similarly to “weapons of mass destruction” are expected to be subject to limited or non-existent parliamentary / congressional supervision

Electromagnetic harassment with torturous patterns has been referred to as the “crime that people complain most about on the internet/social media.” It is argued that the “health incidents” or “health attacks”, according to the terms of the U.S. State Department, which affected the U.S. Embassy diplomats in Cuba and China (and similarly the Canada Embassy diplomats in Cuba) are linked to this phenomenon. A precedent is found in the microwave irradiation of the U.S. Embassy in Moscow (1953–1976). Many thousands of people internationally complain of being electromagnetically harassed with torturous patterns (electromagnetic torture, cybernetic torture or cyber-torture).

Health attacks are currently the object of an interagency investigation of the U.S. government coordinated by the “Health Incident Task Force” created by the U.S. Department of State. Three scientific publications present evidence of brain damage of the diplomats. A U.S. Congressional hearing reiterated the diagnosis of brain injury as a result of the attacks. The U.S. Government Accountability Office assessed the response of the State Department, published a report and presented its findings to Congress. Given the neurological nature of the attack, the technological means that would have been used are defined as neuroweapons. A group of experts, including the first physician who examined the U.S. diplomats, gave presentations on the health attacks at a neuroweapon event held by SOFWERX and the U.S. Special Operation Command.

A briefing of the Pentagon Chiefs of Staff was conducted by the same group of experts U.S. victims of electromagnetic harassment have provided comment to the Presidential Commission for the Study of Bioethical Issues (created by President Obama) in March and May 2011. In Europe, the Ministry of Defense of Poland conducted a geographical analysis of complaints of Polish victims for electromagnetic attacks in 2016. Following correspondence with the Ministry, Polish victims have been heard by the Inspectorate of Innovative Defense Technologies of the Ministry of Defense.

Among different protests against electromagnetic harassment/torture, two international rallies have been held on the 29th August in 2019 and 2018.Victims of electromagnetic harassment, often called "Targeted Individuals" or "TIs" report:

1. Torturous routines such as head and body electromagnetic stimulation e.g. intense sudden contractions of (surface) muscle fibers equivalent to painful stimulus of being hit, different stimulation patterns generating miscellaneous effects e.g. pain, tingling, pins-and-needle effect and also intense heating, burning or itching sensations.

2. Artificial tinnitus, hearing voices and mental manipulation i.e. mental content

presentation/insertion and extraction (personal thought content being repeated to them in an interval of a few seconds).

3. Manipulation via brain-to-brain interface: A remote human operator exerts a dominant cognitive influence determining certain functions (e.g. a motor function such as moving a limb). Targeted Individuals are being tortured silently while certain phenomena such as "hearing the global Hum" which affects 4% of the world population may be indicative of the fact that the effects are being experienced by a much larger population than that of targeted individuals.

Given the extremely advanced nature of the symptoms reported, e.g. mental manipulation, the associated neuroweapons, also termed “weapons of mass disruption” should be considered equivalent, in terms of national security, to “weapons of mass destruction”. It is expected that these would be top secret, would be handled only by few people in the highest military ranks, and would probably be subject to limited or non-existent parliamentary/congressional supervision (cf. generic reporting citing indispensable covert national security operations). This setting would cancel institutional controls, thereby creating environments conducive to corruption.

It is important that society addresses electromagnetic harassment with torturous patterns or electromagnetic torture (cybernetic torture or cybertorture). It constitutes a significant human rights issue with severe risks on the health, well-being and the life of individuals. It is also important to comprehend the implications, as the complaints of the targeted individuals referring to both torture as well as mental manipulation may be indicative of a future where mental interference may be performed in large scale with imperceptible nuances and nudging of thinking towards certain directions e.g. for political or economic interference. It is urgent to address this phenomenon.
